今天收到EMAIL，又见弹劾。发信不知何人，发起人也改为普通家长。
522事件当晚，C教务长在Z生论坛上就要董事下台，现在俺找不到，因为C女士第二天就删了。6月5日家长大会后，C女士出头正式弹劾L董事长。未果后又是C女士提出6月19日弹劾五位董事，将现在的董事会基本上连锅端了。为此C女士还吃了官司，付出了一定经济损失，这次不出头了。
董事不是什么好鸟采取法制，不过动辄弹劾的极端行动也是激化矛盾的重要原因。接二连三的弹劾有人戏称弹劾派已经成为弹劾教，教主当然是那位飒爽英姿风韵动人的C女士。俺是C迷叫主指那俺打那，但这次不是叫主出头，俺热血没有上头可以先冷静想一想。
叫董事下台俺没问题，但仔细读了弹劾后的解决方案，俺迷惑了。方案是现任校委和家长会接管学校注册直到下学期新校选举，招募BYLAW修改委员会成员修改BYLAW选举新董。
且不说把招募BYLAW修改委员会成员说得这么EASY (况且本人认为应选举新董在前，修改BYLAW其后)。学校目前的实际情况是6月19日在董事主持下已选出下一任新HL领导人。现在H校长重签WCC合同并有100多学生注册，领导班子也基本组成。如果你不能拿出法庭判决H校非法,立即停止一切活动，那么事实上就有两套人马在招生，那么事实上这次弹劾就是在分裂学校。
如果说把招募BYLAW修改委员会成员说得那么EASY，是因为只想着弹劾别的没想太多， ＯＫ。但是不顾学校分裂，一味义气用事，那么对不起教主俺不支持这种欠考虑的行动。不光口说不支持，俺还要亲自到场投下一张反对票。

ReplyDeleteSeems like you are a reasonable person to argue with. The petition itself only concerns the removal of the five board members. As for the proposal about what would happen once the motion passed, in the open letter enclosed with Notice of the Meeting, it should read like this, 'we are proposing the plan' to the general meeting.

If every body supposedly follow the bylaws, the immediate consequence of a successful removal of the current five members would be bringing back five previous board members. Then I would guess, the new board would start their duty. At that point, the petitioner's proposal in the open letter is just as good as yours. Why do we have to go through this hassle? Because we, maybe including you, lost all trust in the 5.
On a separate note, to give you an idea of the past contested elections, HUANG ying got 350 votes and won her election, WANG yuan got 280 votes and won his election. On 6/19, Hu got 150 votes with 920 or so members. Had we not fought since May 22, we would have a pair in the leadership role with 50 votes. What the hell, they might do as well as any other pairs. But that's not a comforting thought. And it would really bring down some of pillars of this free society.

这就奇了怪了，因为胡大鹏没有汪元黄莺得票多就要彻底废除，这是什么逻辑？ 在今年那么混乱的华夏中文学校，149票已经很不错了。 如果汪元黄莺在那种形势下选，不仅的不了多少票，敢不敢出来都是问题。
对董事有意见和对新校长有意见不能混为一谈，朱力脑子进水了，朱力一年什么不做，就最后捣乱了。新校长为了学校做的事情很多，很实在。 水平心胸远在汪朱之上。

After 16 years of voluntary services in this community, I can no longer face the unfair and malicious treatment from the board’s five members against me. Their lawsuit against me as a volunteer who has deep affection for the school and the people in the community has damaged my reputation, my health, and my family life irreversibly. Sleepless nights over the past six weeks, high stress in mediation efforts between the board and the petitioners and then the lawsuit have forced me to seek medical assistance yesterday. The financial burden to retain legal counsel to defend myself has caused extra pain to my family.
在为中文学校服务了16年之后，在控制中文学校的通讯系统14年之后，我没有想到即使是我用自己设计的通讯系统为所欲为也还是要受到法律制裁的，在我因为偷看董事会的信而且阻挠董事会和大家交流而面临牢狱之灾的时候，董事会为了我的家庭而撤诉，而黄莺郑顾团沈兆麟和其他大佬却冒充校委会的名义发信，切断我的退路。 来自于两方面的压力使我心力憔悴，后院着火让我胆战心惊， 经济上的压力让我觉得毫无斗志，我只好寻求医生的帮助。
All of this started with the members’ exercising their right to have a choice in a contested election. My intention has been pure, innocent and fair. All my relentless effort had been to stop the turmoil within this community. As a matter of fact, I spent the whole day with the Chairman of the board on June 16 to try to find an amicable resolution so that there would not be a petition against the board. I delayed the school’s newsletter until the afternoon of Friday, June 17, hoping the board would work with me for an amicable resolution. Yet, this last effort failed.
ReplyDelete我不择手段不遗余力都是为了给ZZ争取一个机会，不是为了我自己。为了这个目的把中文学校彻底搞垮我也在所不惜。 6月16日的时候，我花了一整天希望利用弹劾压迫董事会取消选举，但是没想到一向懦弱的董事会居然不答应，同时我又不能控制疯狂的蔡筱迪和她背后的势力，一步步把自己逼上绝路。 6月17日，我发给全校的信里没有包括选举的信息，但是包含了弹劾的信息，这一点居然犯了法。
With my current health condition and a broken heart, I have no capacity to represent you any longer in the continued effort for a resolution. Please be informed of my immediate resignation from all positions that I hold and functions that I have been performing in this school administration, including my role as Webmaster of Huaxia Chinese School, New York. This will be my last communication to all members. All active mailing lists managed by me will become inactive in the next few hours. ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what I am going to do. Initially, I just did not want to be bothered with these nonsense anymore. The Wang/Zhu administration had direct responsibility to lead HXNY into such chaos. They are dreaming to prolong their reign and have more say on who does what? Did they spend enough time looking into the mirror and reflecting what they did each step of the way to lead HXNY into this mess? They are just as responsible, if not more so, than the Board. The leftover two board members are no angels either. By the way, didn't Wang Ying and Gu ZhengTuang supposed to resign by 6/19?
