正宗和山寨

最近一下子冒出不少博客，有些不光卖剪刀还捎带些情趣用品。WOYAOSHUO急了跳出来划清界限，惟恐影响了他麻子的形象。WOYAOSHUO实在不够淡定，老毛早就说过群众的眼睛是雪亮的，大家应该分得清正宗和山寨。

但是俺们群众还真有糊涂的时候，比如咱中文学校有三个网站，好象都是正宗官方的。HXNY.ORG据说是前W校长业余辛苦制作的; HXCSNY.ORG是后来T搞的, 有阵子发给大家EMAIL 的HXNY ADMIN INFO 就是从他那儿来的; 最新的HXNYCS.ORG是新选H校赌气建的。HXCSNY的建立是不是也有睹气成分，当时的背景俺不知道。W网管呕心沥血的网站不愿轻易付人，完全可以理解。俺建议学校应该用万元左右的存款和W网管签约买断HXNY作为学校唯一官网，一方面是对W以前心血的回报，另一方面也算对W的官司的平反报销。

信息和通讯已经如此重要，其管理和交接一定要写进BYLAW。

    自从王麻子剪刀出了名以后，各种山寨版的王麻子剪刀店就如同雨后春笋一般在各地冒出来。进了这些店的顾客不仔细看看想想的话.还真分不清真假。买了质量低劣的山寨产品的人们也破口大骂王麻子。

    可是这些人就没想想，王麻子剪刀店是注册工商，其他人在自己开的店名上胡加上些前缀后缀的，你非一口咬定那就是王麻子开的店，那你就别怪别人骂你傻冒儿了。

    如果你还没看懂的话，再送你句大白话，开剪刀店的不止王麻子一人，想骂骂弹劾派和大佬们的也不止一人。王麻子要想开店还用得着偷偷摸摸地换个店名?

    说你们没脑子你们还不承认。

    all 3 sites are the school's assets and they exist simply because of the friction among HXNY leaders.

    The real losers are us innocent parents: we have to pay 3 websites!

    the insanity has to stop!

    最新的HXNYCS.ORG不是新选H校赌气建的。It is a temporary website. It will be discontinued after the new team has the access to the other two sites.
    for the history of the other two sites, you can ask GTZ. He can tell you the whole history...

    From ByLAW:

    12.02 The School is the sole owner of its website. The website is exclusively used for the purposes which are in conformity with the academic and related activities of the School. No person shall have the right to use the School name or School website in any way unless authorized by the Board of Directors.
